The department handles all upgrading and renovations to our existing facilities keeping them modern, competitive, and appealing.
Building our own assets gives us an immense advantage over our competitors who use third parties to build their assets. Managing our own construction ensures our capital and development costs are, and always will be, the most competitive. Northland Asset Management
Northland Asset Management Company (NAMCO) proudly manages the ‘non-branded’ assets of Northland Properties Corporation in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. Our portfolio includes 654 residential apartment units and approximately 240,000 square feet of commercial, office, and retail space.
NAMCO’s mission is to accommodate people at work, at home, and at leisure in secure, accessible, clean, well-maintained, and friendly properties.
Some of our tenants include: 7/11, Tim Hortons, COBS Bread, Starbucks, Kin’s Farm Market, Pizza Hut, pHresh Spa, among others. NAMCO also leases space to our Denny’s and Moxie’s restaurants.
